Catherine Azoulay is a lawyer who has practiced with Azran & Associés since 2007. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1992 after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University. Me Azoulay pleads in particular in the fields of family law, civil and commercial law, construction law and inheritance law. She regularly pleads in French and English, before the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and the Court of Appeal.
Agathe Basilio began at Azran & Associés in 2015 as a law student. She completed her professional training at the École du Barreau in the winter of 2017 and graduated with a Masters in Information Technology law. Agathe Basilio practices in civil litigation, real estate law, business and Information Technology law and family law. Taking advantage of her knowledge of French law, she is empowered to help an international clientele.
Me Andrea Chamoun received her Bachelor of Law from the University of Montreal. During her university studies, she was selected to be part of the prestigious United Nations Simulation in New York (National Model United Nations) where she was awarded the Outstanding Delegation Award as well as the Outstanding Position Paper Award.
Julia Corcos begin with Azran & Associés in 2014 as a legal intern. She completed her Bachelor’s in Law at the University of Montreal and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2015. Me Corcos practices mainly civil and family litigation. Me Corcos is also a member of several organizations such as the Metropolitan Montreal Chamber of Commerce, the Lord Reading Law Society as well as the Young Bar of Montreal.
Karl De Grandpré has been practising at Azran & Associés for more than four years. After graduating from Laval University, he was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2005. His practice is mainly focused on litigation in construction and real estate law, Régie de lodgement as well as mortgage remedies.
Upon completion of her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Paris’ Panthéon-Assas University, Alessandra Lubrina pursued her equivalencies in Quebec law from the University of Montreal and subsequently became a member of the Quebec bar in 2017. Throughout her time as a lawyer handling family and civil litigation files, she has participated in contract negotiations and appeared before both the Quebec Court and Superior Court.
James McDonald obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Sherbrooke, where he also completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Common Law and transnational law.Called to the Quebec Bar in 2016, he began his practice in business law and in civil and commercial litigation at a boutique business law firm in Downtown Montreal. He joined our team in 2018, where he practises primarily in civil and commercial litigation as well as in family law.

Paule Roberge has been a member of the Quebec bar since 1976 and is an accredited family law mediator. She has been specializing in this field since 2000. Me Roberge has significant experience in the areas of custody, spousal and child support, and asset-sharing, and has worked on a number of major issues with private international law issues. Me Roberge is very involved in the legal community and promotes the values of a collaborative practice.
